Rediscovered My Passion for the Outdoors

I was fortunate enough to meet Jeremy in 2021 after being introduced through our mutual friend, who met Jeremy by random chance while both were stopped for gas while on their way to separate hunting trips. Since meeting Jeremy and the Giving Back Outdoors crew, I have rediscovered my passion for hunting and nature. The team’s hospitality, dedication to their community, and passion for their mission are unmatched. I am forever grateful to Giving Back Outdoors for providing me and my fellow veterans the opportunity to share once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

What another great experience! I say experience because it’s more than a you and vet hunt, it’s where you spend quality time with friends and family.

At first, I was very apprehensive about participating in the veteran/youth turkey hunting event with Giving Back Outdoors in Iowa.

I sincerely thank Giving Back Outdoors (GBO) and the Wake Foundation for an amazing Colorado elk hunting trip and experience. The lodging, food, and personal service from GBO staff Hunter Fedders and Kinzer Knust was incredible!!
