I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jeremy and the entire Giving Back Outdoors team for organizing an unforgettable pheasant hunt this Veterans
Day. I am active duty military, currently serving as The Des Moines Recruiting Company Commander. Mr. Jeremy welcomed my Company, over 30 veterans, as well as my father and grandfather, making this an event we’ll never forget. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every participant had a successful hunt, including accommodating my grandfather’s needs; putting us on a flat field making it easier for him to keep up during the hunt.
Every person who hunted had the opportunity to kill a pheasant and meat to take home after the hunt. In fact, during our hunt every single person shot at least one pheasant.
The generosity and commitment of this organization to give back to veterans is truly remarkable, and I can’t speak highly enough of everything they stand for.
