I have had the chance to hunt with Jeremy and Kinzer for two years now. In the two years I have had a great time and was able to harvest three turkeys and a deer. While being out in the outdoors with these guys for the past two years, I have learned to carry a gun in a safe manner and to respect mother nature.

One thing I learned about hunting is that it is fun and challenging as it is not always so easy to harvest a turkey like I thought it might be. Turkeys don’t always just come to you like you want them to do. I have had the opportunity to hunt turkeys while sitting in a blind to call them in off their roost and I also have been able to successful get three turkeys while reaping them. Jeremy and Kinzer are professionals at reaping turkeys. Reaping turkeys is extremely fun and awesome to experience by being so close to a strutting tom turkey.

Overall I think Giving Back Outdoors is great for youth like me and I think it is cool that they also help out Veterans by getting them in the outdoors to have these experiences as well. I really appreciate what Jeremy has done for me so far and have enjoyed the experiences I have been able to take part in so far. I would highly recommend anyone to be involved with Giving Back Outdoors. You will not regret the fun experiences you can have.
